Full-Time Opportunity: Head of PreSales Executives
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt acceptance of all incoming calls to the customer care numbers within the specified me frame.
- Follow up diligently on all missed calls, irrespective of working or non-working hours.
- Take timely action on all digital inquiries received through various sources and update remarks in the CRM system accordingly.
- Respond to all web chats, emails, and inquiries received through the company website, portals, or other online channels, ensuring all queries are addressed within the assigned me frame.
- Follow up on incoming calls, digital inquiries, web chats, and email inquiries based on the given scenarios:
- Call Back
- Call Drop
- Non-contactable
- Secure face-to-face appointments with all potential clients and prospects.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines, and follow instruc ons provided by the reporting authority to ensure smooth business operations.
- Utilize Excel to visualize and analyze data effectively.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the office premises.
- Maintain a proper inventory of physical project brochures at the office.
- Contribute to enhancing the company’s reputation by taking ownership of tasks, exploring opportunities to exceed expectations, and supporting new and innovative initiatives to add value.
